The connections between climate change and mental health and psychosocial well-being have been discussed mostly within the health\u00a0 frameworks of emergency and disaster management, particularly in the context of extreme weather events (7,8).<\/p>\n<p>The need for a better understanding of the mental health impacts of climate change on civil servants and attendant service delivery is significantly discernible, which this paper examines.<\/p>\n<p>Our methodology includes; a riveting lecture with captivating PowerPoint slides, case studies and role plays.
